Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (sales, holidays)

3. Shipping Charges

• Flat rate: Free Shipping
• Free shipping on orders above (if applicable)
• Charges are calculated at checkout before payment

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp to track your parcel with our courier partner.

5. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, or if you face any delivery issue, contact us at +92 322 2381778 with your order number.

6. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal of delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
